I'm sorry, guyss, I REALLY couldn't resist. D:
I just love this band so freaking much. They're so addictive, not even kidding. YOU CANNOT RESIST. I totally ignored them when I saw their introducing feature in Kerrang! magazine in February and then a friend started bugging me about them in July and whilst searching for a 'We Are The Ocean' video, I saw a link to one of their video and thought I'd give 'em a try. I HAVE NEVER LOOKED BACK.
THEY CHANGED MY LIFE. :') Beacuse now I'm completely in love and utterly broke. Never spent so much money on a band before and that's purely on merch and music. XD
They've got a 4-track EP called "Mirrors", which I recommend you check out and a few days ago, they put out the video for their new single "Winter Kiss". IT'S ALL SO AMAAAAZING. *takes deep breaths* XD

Unfortunately for the guys, their looks have landed them in trouble and a proportion of their fans are just teenage girls who barely know their music. Sad times. :( |

there's a lot of bands nowadays whose fanbase just consists of silly little girls who think theyre the number one fan just cos theyre obsessed with one of the band members. it really annoys me.

I knoww. It's so so so annoying. They're all just fangirl-ing over Gus and I'm thinking, "Poor guy.." and then they get annoyed when he doesn't give them the response they wanted. I wonder why... And they don't even know the other guys' names! Sure, I have a bit of a fangirl moment haa but not like them. XD

They're just a great British rock band really =o But to get an idea of what they're like, they've toured with Aiden, Lostprophets, Taking Back Sunday, We Are The Ocean, Fightstar, Deaf Havana... And they're on the Kerrang! Relentless Tour this Jan with All Time Low, The Blackout and My Passion WHICH I CAN'T GO TO. D: |

Haa, I fully love the 3 support bands, All Time Low are good but not THAT great. xD Kinda annoyed me that they had to have them to headline. D:

Wow, are you serious?
I thought I heard this band before, actually, I did. Everytime I listen to the radio or flip to MM, the same generic sound pops up! Is this all there is out there, the same progressive punk pop over and over again!

Wow, first off, HAPPY NEW YEAR! We've been recording (an EP and new song demos, etc...) and not on line very much lately...Have no fear, though, we're coming back with the might and power of 11,000 troops of salvation on a mission from VY Canis Majoris!(hehe, ya like that, eh?...)NOW, on to nebossur's comments...all i can ask is, Madii, Lisa, you gonna let him get away with that???? The days I have no decent internet and those comments come up XD Happy New Year all and may 2010 be full of great things for Mass Assembly and Young Guns. I actually cannot believe you said that btw XD I would say that they're far better than most bands I'm hearing and you can't deny how amazing their songs are lyrically. Ben's drumming makes me go all OMFGILOVEYOU lmao because Madi likes her drummers ;) I just think they're a really great band and the UK seems to agree judging by the response they're getting from the media and the general public... And me :D A lot of people see them live a bit unsure before but by the time they've left, they aree completely blown away. I don't think they're trying to mix things up too much and trying to be too different. They want to play some straight up rock music and they've delivered incredibly well. Oh. Completely broke thanks to them now :'( |
